Including, the historical "Canada" membership in the League of Nations; and, therein, as a founding member of the United Nations; as continuously contested by the principal advocacy of indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island North for more than 300 years.
One can swing wildly with assertions of credibility, but, all documentation of worth [British Parliamentary Records and Hudson Bay Company Records] has verified that the Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples of Turtle Island North of the circa 49th parallel do remain the certified paramount governing bodies of the territories named "British Columbia" through the specious assertions of Elizabeth II / Sax Coburg und Gotha.
Hence, in this modern era, when there is an evolving "just society" perspective throughout informed citizenry, it does become a matter of credibility within these remaining 6 days of the 2017 BC Election campaign for the political leadership to explain in substantive form why CSSPs should withdraw their 2013 complaints of "crimes against humanity and war crimes" to both the inter governmental organization indigenous tribunals and other international bodies as established since 1917; including, but not limited to the International Court of Justice at the Hague; the Inter American Commission on Human Rights; the Prosecutor at the International War Crimes Tribunal Offices; or, the International Criminal Justice Court of the UN.
Complicity is an evidentiary fact - not an "alternative fact". To date the three principal political BC leaders have apparently ignored [sand in ears] their presumed duty of care to declare unequivocally their rationale for promoting British Columbia as a valid political entity in this 2017 campaign ... Let there be light.
